Kerry Mack, M.A
Kerry Mack is an organizational leadership professional with over a decade of experience supporting complex, mission-driven institutions through change, process improvement, and capacity building. Her professional background spans public and private higher education as well as public and independent K–12 education. Across these settings, Kerry has led cross-functional initiatives, supervised and developed staff, managed budgets, and launched programs focused on leadership development and student success.
As a consultant, Kerry brings a calm, analytical, and people-first approach to her work. She partners with organizations to diagnose challenges, design practical and sustainable solutions, and build leadership capacity that is inclusive, values-driven, and aligned with organizational mission. She is particularly passionate about helping institutions navigate change, clarify roles and workflows, and create systems that support both organizational effectiveness and human well-being.
Kerry holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Johns Hopkins University, a Bachelor of Science in Economics, and is a proud AmeriCorps*VISTA alumna. Her work is grounded in a human-centered, ethics-driven approach to organizational change and leadership development.
