Intake Call- Defining & Building Your Session

During your initial intake call, we will discuss your vision and reason for the session. Some teams use DiSC sessions for team-building, emotional intelligence development, enhancing cross-functional collaboration, or developing management skills. You will have the option of a 90-minute, 2-hour, 3- hour or 4-hour facilitated session. The session can be in-person, hybrid, or virtual.

Participant Experience

Participants will be given pre-session work and a minimum of two weeks to complete it. Your employees/participants will receive an email with their unique DiSC user code and details surrounding their upcoming DiSC Session. Using their user code, they will log into the DiSC site and complete the setup of their DiSC profile. Each participant will then complete the Workplace DiSC assessment, which provides insights into their individual preferences and tendencies based on the DiSC model. Once complete, they will then either receive their results report via email immediately or on the date of the facilitation session.

Everything DiSC Add-ons

For an additional cost, organizations can opt to include specialized sessions on Agile EQ, Management, and/or Conflict Management to further enhance leadership and interpersonal skills.

Catalyst Site- Easily Accessing DiSC After the Session

As part of this program, companies will receive a dedicated Catalyst site, which lists the DiSC styles of all participants and provides valuable resources to help integrate DiSC into daily work interactions.
