Everything DiSC is a workplace behavior/personality assessment that participants complete independently and then the facilitator leads the participants through their results. The goal is to introduce participants to their own DiSC style, their colleagues, how to apply key learnings to workplace relationships, and helping the group have "aha!" moments through activities and conversation. The facilitator uses reports that show the group's overall culture and individual styles to steer conversations and highlight how different behaviors impact team dynamics. You can choose from DiSC Workplace, Agile EQ, Conflict, and/or Management packages.
